Board changes at Wood Mackenzie

Wood Mackenzie, a provider of research and consulting services to the energy industry, has appointed George Mathewson, formerly chairman of the Royal Bank of Scotland, as non-executive chairman of the Edinburgh, Scotland-based group. He takes over from Tom Allison, who has chosen to step down from the board after five years.

Paul Gregory, the current CEO, will become non-executive deputy chairman. He will be succeeded by Stephen Halliday, formerly head of the energy
