What is the most challenging area of your job?

OMV has made a number of acquisitions and grown very quickly over the last few years and keeping that growth going is the biggest challenge. Our oil and gas production has more than quadrupled in four years, from 80,000 barrels of oil equivalent [boe] a day five years ago, to 340,000 boe/day today. Our target is to reach 500,000 boe/day by 2010. Our refining capacity has also doubled since 2002.
