Tony Cocker, chief executive officer of E.ON Energy Trading, is a man of vision. His latest role certainly calls for it. As the head of E.ON's newly created trading business - which brings E.ON trading operations across Europe into a single unit - he'll be overseeing some deep structural changes.

"The vision in three years is to have a single trading floor, trading all key energy markets across the whole of Europe, and an excellent team doing that," says Cocker.

This involves moving E.ON trading
