White & Case appoint energy M&A lawyer

Global law firm White & Case has recruited partner Michael Shenberg to its mergers and acquisitions practice in New York.

Shenberg was formerly head of the energy and project finance group at New York law firm Stroock & Stroock & Lavan. He has represented financial and strategic investors in numerous transactions involving the purchase or sale of power plants, including large portfolios, single-asset deals and joint ventures.
