Orrick hires restructuring specialist

Law firm Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe has added to its insolvency practice with the appointment of Mark Fennessy as a partner in its creditors’ rights, restructuring and bankruptcy group in London.

Formerly the head of corporate restructuring and insolvency at London legal firm Hunton & Williams, he will work on the restructuring of complex financial instruments as well as on more traditional restructurings involving distressed corporate and financial institutions.
