Tim Ryan has exactly the job he wants. Markets are in tatters, the Federal Reserve has scrambled to provide liquidity and the US Treasury Department wants to overhaul the entire regulatory system. Amid this chaos, Ryan has decided to represent the industry in the middle of it all.
