ABN Amro unveils new inflation team

ABN Amro has named Vincent Voeten as global head of integrated inflation products, which encompasses both trading and structuring. Voeten was previously head of macro exotics trading for ABN Amro in the US.

Daragh McDevitt, meanwhile, will head inflation structuring. McDevitt joined the bank last year and has 12 years' experience in structuring and marketing derivatives products during his tenures at Calyon and Citibank.

Edward Takvor joins from Nomura as head of US Inflation trading. The Dutch dealer said it has also hired an as-yet unnamed new head of European inflation trading, who will start in September.

The appointments follow Sebastien Goldenberg’s departure from ABN Amro to head Citigroup’s European products inflation team (See: Citigroup sets up inflation trading team).
