BNP Paribas adds to structured credit team

BNP Paribas has hired Damian Saunders as a senior syndicate manager in its structured credit team in London. Saunders will report to Guy Rose, head of BNP Paribas' European structured credit syndicate.

Saunders spent the past two years as head of the debt capital markets syndicate at Commerzbank in London. Before this he headed Commerzbank's asset-backed security syndicate.

BNP Paribas also hired Kai Buhofer as senior salesman in its European corporate forex team. He will cover Germany and Austria, and report to Martin Viohl, head of foreign exchange sales for Germany and Austria in the European corporate group. He has joined from Bank of America, where he held a similar role.
