MATT KIMBER
Former head of group operational risk at HBOS Matt Kimber moved across to Lloyds TSB in London in March to head integration risk for the newly merged UK banking group. Kimber had been head of op risk at HBOS between March 2001 and August 2007 before becoming group programme director from September 2007 until February this year. He is one of the earliest exponents of operational risk, serving as co-founder and a company director of op risk software vendor and consultancy
