HAMISH LOCK
Hamish Lock has joined Bank of Montreal as head operational risk officer, based in Toronto, moving from his previous position as head of the group operational risk framework at UK bank HBOS. Lock's previous experience in operational risk management includes working as Basel II programme manager at Commonwealth Bank of Australia between 2003 and 2005, and as a principal consultant for banking advisers PA Consulting Group.
