Wilco International, developer of the Gloss bond settlement system, has announced a suite of board changes.
Duncan Paterson, formerly Wilco's commercial development director, becomes its managing director with responsibility for running Wilco's various offices worldwide.
Mark Swann moves from being sales and marketing director to the newly created post of business development director. Swann's former sales and marketing role is being taken over by David Appleton. Finally, John Byrnes joins Wilco
