 Ernst & Young has named three new directors to its Business Risk Consulting practice. Ellen Lamparter has joined after a stint at Coca-Cola in the US where she covered personnel and organizational problems. David Williams has been appointed to Cardiff for Ernst & Young where he will head up the UK South region, which includes Wales, the South West, Southampton and the Thames Valley.
