Gianpaolo Potsios joined Arch from corporate advisory group Europa Partners where he was a partner, and will be responsible for developing the global placement and syndication capabilities of the group.

Alex Hartley, previously a director of Chicago-based broker ODL Securities, where he had responsibility for compliance and anti-money laundering, joins as compliance officer.

Simon King has been appointed head of real estate. Prior to joining the firm, King was managing director of Jersey-based commercial property investment company Lamont Investment Management.
