DrKW expands London forex team

Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (DrKW) has hired five senior staff for its London-based foreign exchange business.

Richard Attrill, previously Credit Suisse's global head of forex structuring, will fill the same role at DrKW, while Keith Dack joins DrKW as a director from RBC Capital Markets, where he worked in forex proprietary trading.

DrKW has also recruited three European sales specialists. Annalisa Ponti joins as head of southern European forex sales – she was previously head of Italian institutional forex sales for Goldman Sachs. Fleming Overgaard, previously Barclays Capital’s head of Scandinavian forex sales, joins as a director of sales and trading.

And Mathias Attal joins as a vice-president in charge of forex sales to French institutions. He previously worked in corporate and hedge fund forex sales at Bear Stearns.
