RBS hires head of US dollar options trading

RBS Greenwich Capital has appointed Michael Lyublinsky as global head of US dollar option trading in its interest rates division.

Based in Connecticut, he will report to Steven Mullaney, co-head of US dollar rates trading for RBS Greenwich Capital and to Neil Cosburn, global head of options at the Royal Bank of Scotland.

“We are very pleased to have Michael on board. We believe our corporate and institutional clients globally will benefit from our increased commitment to the US dollar interest rate options market,” said Ben Carpenter, co-chief executive of RBS Greenwich Capital.

Lyublinsky joins from Credit Suisse First Boston, where he was most recently head of interest rate options.
