Deutsche Bank strengthens forex structuring unit

Deutsche Bank has hired two foreign exchange structurers to work in its client strategy and solutions (CSS) group in London.

Ray Franzi has joined as a director covering European corporates, excluding Germany. Franzi was previously global head of forex structuring at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein.

Chris Collings was appointed as a director specialising in strategic corporate structuring. He previously headed Rabobank’s weather derivatives marketing unit, and was also responsible for derivatives hedging in cross-border mergers and acquisitions at Credit Suisse First Boston.

Franzi and Collings both report to Rashid Hoosenally, global head of the CSS group.
