RBS names Aguais as credit portfolio analytics head

Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) has appointed Scott Aguais as head of credit portfolio analytics for the credit risk executive team in the global banking and markets division.

His responsibilities include developing, implementing and managing a suite of credit risk models and methodologies to support active credit risk and capital management. He is based in London and reports to Christine Palmer, chief credit officer, global banking and markets.

Before joining RBS, Aguais was global head of credit risk methodology at Barclays Capital.
