Howard Lutnick says Cantor Fitzgerald’s macho ethos has changed for the better since September 11.

Or so argued a lawyer for Cantor Fitzgerald’s former global head of interest rate derivatives, Steven Horkulak, in a London court in June when he successfully sued the broker for constructive dismissal – a UK legal euphemism for forcing someone to resign from his job.
