Currenex loses US court bid to reveal XTX trade secrets

Judge also rules the venue must reveal its own matching code in class action case

An attempt by Currenex to force XTX Markets to reveal its foreign exchange trading source code has been rejected by a US judge and the venue will now have to reveal its own matching code, in the latest setback for the platform’s class action defence.
