Commodity Futures Trading Commission wants more involvement in determination process

The US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is considering increasing its involvement in determinations of which derivatives have to be traded on multilateral swap execution facilities (Sefs), a conference in London heard on December 9.
