The winners of the Custody Risk European Awards 2014 were unveiled at a ceremony in central London on November 11. The awards celebrate the best custody, fund administration and securities services businesses across Europe over the past 12 months.
Asset security remained a key concern for custodians, as clients continue to scrutinise the level of protection that custodians can provide. Clients are demanding more transparency, not only because of regulations such as the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD), but also owing to increased risk awareness.
