A new structured investment boutique called HQX has been launched in the UK by James Hogbin, Jim Baird and Tim Haggard. Founding partner and head of platform Hogbin has previously worked with hedge funds and interdealer brokers, as well as at Royal Bank of Scotland, where he was responsible for setting up the bank's systematic asset management business.
