Osmium Capital's managers and fund may have nestled themselves in the Atlantic but they take a truly global outlook to making profits for their investors

Osmium Special Situations Fund, a one-year old, Bermuda-domiciled and Bermuda-managed fund, trades global equity special situations in three main areas: pure arbitrage, including fungible listings and capital distributions; event risk, a broad risk arbitrage and event-driven focus; and structured equity trading.

The focus has helped the GBP share class produce 20.2% annualised since inception, according to figures from the group.
