Rolls-Royce faces SFO prosecution over corruption in Asia

UK manufacturer submits reports to Serious Fraud Office on bribery in China, Indonesia and elsewhere

The UK Serious Fraud Office (SFO) is investigating possible bribery and corruption by UK manufacturer Rolls-Royce in China, Indonesia and other countries, the company announced this morning.

Rolls-Royce passed the SFO the results of an internal investigation, after the SFO ordered the company to investigate its intermediaries in China and Indonesia.
