Deutsche Bank has hired Hassan Houari as global head of its equities structuring group in London. Houari joins Deutsche from Barclays, where he was a managing director and head of equity derivatives structuring, and was most recently head of equity and funds structured (EFS) markets.

Houari was replaced as head of equity derivatives structuring at the UK bank earlier this year by Mohammed Ali ‘Dali' Bacha, who took on the broader role of head of EFS. Bacha joined Barclays from Nomura.
