Dash to leave S&P Indices ahead of merger with Dow Jones Indexes

Srikant Dash will leave S&P Indices on June 1 after 12 years at the company, to be replaced by Jim Bailey. Dash's departure will come a month ahead of the merger with Dow Jones Indexes that will see S&P's Alex Matturi take over as CEO of the merged entity

Srikant Dash leaves S&P Indices as merger nears

Srikant Dash, head of channel management at Standard & Poor's in New York, will leave the company after 12 years "to pursue a new challenge". Dash's employment at S&P will end on June 1, and he will be replaced by Jim Bailey, who was recently named head of channel management for the index company. Bailey was most recently senior director, global sales strategy and alternatives at S&P Indices.
