Russell Investments has unveiled its first small-cap and mid-cap European equity index. The Russell Europe SMID 300 was launched to provide investors with a liquid and tradable benchmark to be used as the basis of investible products. The index is rebalanced each year in June as part of the Russell Indexes annual reconstitution.
