As head of commodities trading for Barclays Capital, Roger Jones runs one of the biggest franchises in the industry, keeping up on a daily basis with a dizzying array of markets. A silver-haired 46-year-old who splits his time between New York and London, Jones has spent much of the past year strategising about how to steer BarCap’s commodities business through huge changes looming in the not-too-distant future.
