UK Structured Products Association joins the JAC

The SPA is the latest addition to the Joint Associations Committee, which has been bolstering its membership in recent months following the release of its core structured products principles

The UK Structured Products Association (SPA) has joined the Joint Associations Committee (JAC) at a time of "significant change" for structured products regulations.

In May the JAC - an international association of structured products trade bodies - reaffirmed its Combined Principles for Retail Structured Products, outlining how to manage relationships between issuers and distributors and those between distributors and individual investors.
