The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will today outline temporary exemptions to certain provisions in the Dodd-Frank Act, CFTC commissioner Scott O'Malia has told Energy Risk.
The Dodd-Frank Act is due to be implemented on July 16, but US regulators have struggled to keep pace with the huge volume of rule-making required under the legislation. According to consulting firm Accenture, 26
