Companies need to focus first of all on proper anti-bribery oversight of third-party partners and contractors, according to the authors of a KPMG survey released today.

The survey found that 68% of UK executives said they had a "working knowledge" of the UK Bribery Act, due to come into force in July this year – a substantial increase from just 23% in a previous survey in 2009.
