Europe stumbles on through its sovereign debt crisis, like a drunkard determined to continue his bar crawl and unable to put the whole thing to bed. As long as the crisis continues, with the markets showing expectations of restructurings in Greece and Portugal, European investors will be following political developments closer than ever.
