RBS recruits ex-UBS strategists

Royal Bank of Scotland has made two hires for its US structured finance strategy team. Gregory Reiter joins as managing director of agency residential security strategy, and Jeana Curro joins as vice president of agency mortgage-backed securities and collateralised mortgage obligations.

Both Reiter and Curro will be based in Stamford, Connecticut, and will report to Brian Lancaster, head of structured finance strategies.

Reiter joins from the World Bank, where he was a portfolio manager. Prior to that, he was with UBS from 2005 until 2008, where he was responsible for agency CMO and adjustable-rate mortgage strategies.

Curro joins RBS from UBS, where she had been a director in fixed income strategy since 2004.
