ETF securities expand into German market with 10 currency ETCs

ETF Securities (ETFS) is expanding its European trading platform with the addition of 10 euro-based currency exchange-traded commodities (ETCs), listed on the Deutsche Börse as part of an expansion into the German market.

The 10 currency ETCs will track the Morgan Stanley Foreign Exchange indexes and are designed to represent long or short investments in euro versus the Swiss franc, sterling, yen, Norwegian krone or Swedish krona. They also provide exposure to local interest rates.
