Fund managers becoming bullish on hedge funds

Fund managers have largely bullish views on hedge fund investments over the next five years in a sign that confidence is returning to the market.

Only 20% of managers responding to a global survey carried out by professional services company Towers Watson held bearish views on hedge funds for the next five years, compared to 35% who said they were modestly bullish and 5% who were strongly bullish. That was an increase from just 14% of modestly bullish managers in 2009.
