Amex promotes in structured products

The American Stock Exchange (Amex) has promoted Cliff Weber to executive vice president of development and strategy.

In the new role Weber will oversee the growth of exchange traded funds, structured products and equity order flow. New York-based Webber will be focused on positioning the Amex to responding to competitive changes in the marketplace and oversee the business development of ETFs and structured products, the exchange says.
