Morgan Stanley lists two products on Amex

The American Stock Exchange (Amex) has begun trading two structured products issued by Morgan Stanley.

Morgan Stanley has listed its 9% Stock Participation Accreting Redemption Quarterly-pay Securities ("SPARQS") which are mandatorily exchangeable for common shares of Valero Energy Corp. Trading under the ticker symbol SVE, the new securities were issued at $29.345 with an initial offering of 1,363,095 shares and a maturity date of June 20, 2007. The Amex specialist unit for the notes is Wolverine Trading.
