SuperDerivatives recruits derivatives systems implementation expert

SuperDerivatives, a derivatives solution provider, has appointed Zohar Hod as vice-president, Strategic Sales. Based in New York, Hod will be responsible for implementing the company’s multi-asset solutions to a range of clients in the global banking and capital markets sectors. Hod will report to David Gershon, chief executive officer of SuperDerivatives.

Hod specialises in front to back office derivatives trading, processing and risk management, as well as algorithmic trading. He will work with key accounts to integrate SuperDerivatives solutions to back, middle and front office functions. Prior to joining SuperDerivatives, Hod worked at IBM, where he founded its Trading Solutions Group.

At IBM, Hod advised, installed and integrated numerous derivatives trading systems, including Murex, Calypso, Front Arena, Summit and Sophis. Prior to this, Hod
