Lehman launched version six of Enhanced Returns Plan

Lehman Brothers has launched the sixth version of its enhanced returns plan. The product comes with both three and five-year options and is linked to the performance of the FTSE 100 index. Potential return rates are the highest so far in the series, with a 3% increase on each option from version five.

The three-year version of the plan pays a fixed return of 30% at maturity provided that the FTSE is either at or above its level at strike. The five-year version will pay 60% under the same conditions for the index. The investment is 100% capital protected at maturity. The product is being offered in partnership with Defined Returns Limited, the plan manager.

It is open for direct investment until 26th September 2008, or September 12 for ISA transfers, excluding the three-year option which is not
