In Brief: FSA publishes Handbook development newsletter

To keep the industry abreast of accelerating changes to the Handbook, the UK regulator has issued the October notice of changes.

The Financial Services Authority (FSA) in the UK has issued the October newsletter detailing changes to the Handbook. Many changes to both the personal and tailored Handbooks have occurred as a result of the Capital Requirements Directive (CRD), and are listed by firm category and relevant changes.
