What is the most challenging area of your job?

Working for a major company that is growing faster than any other in the industry is quite a challenge.

I have been with RUSAL since it was created in 2000 out of the merger of two aluminium businesses. Between them, they owned a number of mines and smelters and other assets that had changed hands several times since the collapse of the Soviet Union. The concepts of budgeting, planning and finance were non-existent and processes relating to financial
