Isda set to release single-name LCDS contract

The International Swaps and Derivatives Association expects to publish a new single-name European loan credit default swap (LCDS) contract by the end of July.

The industry body has been working on the revised documentation since the end of 2006 with a working group of dealers, bankers and end-users, after calls for documentation for a US-style non-callable contract as well as the existing callable contract. Its finalisation was expected earlier, but a number of sticking points have delayed
