FSA mystery shops mortgages

– The UK Financial Services Authority (FSA) announced in August that its mystery shoppers have found that many mortgage firms are not yet complying with FSA regulations on the provision of disclosure documents to customers. The FSA has been focusing much of its enforcement energies on "treating customers fairly" issues over the past 12 months.
