FinCEN hires El-Hindi

The US Financial Crimes Enforcement Network has named Jamal El-Hindi as associate director for regulatory policy and programmes. El-Hindi will oversee FinCEN's regulatory and compliance functions and will participate in establishing and coordinating national anti-money laundering policy.
