Structured moves

JP Morgan has hired Gareth Davies and Mark Dyson as managing director and vice-president respectively for its structured solutions group for Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Davies joins from Bank of America, where he was a managing director in global structured products. Prior to this, he worked at Bear Stearns and Credit Suisse. Dyson, meanwhile, joins from Barclays Capital, where he was a manager in the resource team, which is part of Barclays Capital's structured capital markets division
