UK power market project delayed again

The Futures and Options Association (FOA) project to encourage UK power market liquidity has failed to reach its hoped-for June conclusion.

The FOA issued a request for proposals in mid-2007, inviting providers of clearing and other market infrastructure to deliver a central clearing service for the trading of prompt power in the UK.
