UK boost to offshore wind 'not enough'

UK government plans to boost offshore wind have received a lukewarm response from industry experts, who say the government still is not doing enough to ensure the UK meets its target of generating 15% of energy from renewable sources by 2020.

Energy minister Mike O'Brien announced increased financial support to the sector and a revamped renewables obligation certificates (ROCs) scheme in April.
