BNP Paribas enters agreement with Trading Technologies

Trading software developer Trading Technologies (TT) and BNP Paribas Commodity Futures have entered into a global software licensing and distribution agreement.

BNP Paribas customers trading energy on the cash and futures markets, along with other derivative products globally, will have access to TT's technology solutions including the X_TRADER order-entry platform and TT's Financial Information Exchange (FIX) programming interface and high speed exchange gateways.

BNP Paribas initially plans to focus deployment on its major energy trading hubs in Houston, New York, London and Singapore.

BNP Paribas will use TT's hosting solution, TTNET, to distribute X
