CCRO data hub update to follow Energy Risk USA conference

The US-based Committee of Chief Risk Officers (CCRO) will give a presentation in Houston next Wednesday, May 11, on the energy data hub it is developing. The session will follow the last presentation of the Energy Risk USA 2005 conference and will take place at 5:15pm in the Founders I & II room of the Intercontinental Hotel (2222 West Loop South, Houston, 77027).

The session is designed expressly for companies trading energy and interested in becoming a member of the data hub. The presentation will include a hub overview, the committee’s vision for the hub and a brief update of CCRO member-company efforts to show how it can improve the collection and accessibility of objective energy transaction data for producers, consumers and market intermediaries. Bob Anderson, executive director of the CCRO, will host the session.
