Ex-BIS chairman to oversee Basel implementation

Netherlands Bank president Nout Wellink will succeed Jaime Caruana as chairman of the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision when Caruana, also the governor of the Bank of Spain, departs both roles on July 1.
